When you come to a yoga class you will experience a feeling of physical wellbeing, calm and relaxation. Many people tell me that they find that their sleeping improves and their stress levels decrease once they begin coming to yoga classes. Yoga classes are held in the library at Queanbeyan Public School. The room is large, spaceous and comfortable and set in a quiet, peaceful location inducing a feeling of calm and tranquility.
I have been teaching yoga, relaxation and meditation classes for well over 30 years and teach classes in Campbell (own yoga studio) and Queanbeyan (at Queanbeyan Public School Library) . My yoga classes are a mixture of asana (postures) pranayama (breathing) yoga nidra (relaxation) and meditation. Yoga classes are one and a half hours duration and suitable for students at both beginner and more advanced (intermediate) levels.
