Newcastle(Mon - Friday) & Heatherbrae (Saturday & Sunday) in a home clinic, I can offer Sports Massage, Deep tissue Massage or a gentler Swedish & Tantric Massage.
Stretching is a very important part of recovery. Partner stretching is most effective and I can offer this as well.
My clinic is warm, (I use coconut oil, or you can bring your own) and fresh towels for every massage.
I trained in massage for the Olympics (Sydney 2000) where I worked as a volunteer massage therapist in the Olympic Village. I worked for Singleton Bulls football club and the League teams during my training years.
I am now a keen masseur working around a consultancy based in Singleton.
Recently I have been asked to clip and wax clients who want a quick tidy while they are visiting for a massage.
From my perspective, massage is abundant in its benefits. There is a need in all of us to relax, meditate and slow down. Massage offers all this without the need to concentrate nor discuss the stresses in our lives.
