I am extremely excited to announce Jin Jong Gong and especially to teach the movements at my clinic in Double Bay. It is a natural extension of my work as an acupuncturist to recommend the Jin Jing movements to my patients. Happiness incorporates good health and good health depends upon good circulation. Jin Jong Gong promotes balanced, sustainable circulation and energy in the emotional, physical, and mental aspects of an individual.
Jin Jing Gong is meditation and breath in movement. It is a complete system of internal and external exercises with breath work, utilised to optimise emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual health. As a moving meditation, Jin Jong Gong can boost immunity, stop energy loss, and protect life-essence. It can enhance circulation and prolong life by nourishing our natural biorhythms. Regular practice can nourish and strengthen the entire body and influence the mind to be quiet, allowing our deep consciousness to surface.
