Remedial massage consultations are in depth and include in depth history analysis, exchanging information with the practitioner about your problem area, a diagnosis and then finally a treatment plan is built.

Our Remedial Massage Therapist – Heather Sterland
Heather is an extremely passionate, enthusiastic and kind hearted remedial massage therapist who is extremely committed to her work.
Upon completing her studies around 8 years ago (incorporating all aspects of massage including lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage), Heather is now revelling in the diversity that her job brings her on a daily basis. Over the years, Heather has worked with a wide variety of different clients, including the elderly in nursing homes, the Mooroolbark Knights Soccer club, in private practice and in mobile massage.
