Mary is an experienced physiotherapist and Feldenkrais practitioner; and a recent graduate of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.
She combines these disciplines when assisting clients to improve functionality, reduce pain and live a healthier physical and emotional life.
She believes these methods are natural health therapies that assist people to live a better and more balanced life.
This treatment method includes rehabilitation, injury prevention and health & fitness promotion.

The Feldenkrais Method is an innovative physical therapy education exploring movement, posture, breathing.
It aims to improve movement and body awareness to reduce pain caused by injury, illness or ageing.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
BCST is an advanced mind/body therapy that includes influences from osteopathy, human development, trauma resolution, pre/perinatal psychology and recent technology in neuroscience.
Practitioners use non-invasive touch and hold parts of the body to listen to subtle rhythms, sensations, and expressions of the body.
- Group Classes - Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons are taught weekly in groups.
Your Feldenkrais practitioner will guide you through a planned sequence of movement explorations. Exploration of movement improves overall well being.
Feldenkrais Group Classes are held 4 terms per year. Class is free for first-time clients.
- Individual Classes - Functional Integration (FI)
An Introduction To Feldenkrais is a hands-on process tailored to each client’s needs. Your Feldenkrais practitioner will guide your movements through precise touch, bringing present habits into focus and suggest new movement options.
- Duration: 4 Terms/Year
- Cost: $25/class or $178 for an 8-week term
- Schedule: Thursdays, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
- Venue: St Paul’s Church 86a Station Street, Fairfield
Feldenkrais Method fees vary and are based on the type and duration of treatment.
FI treatments will be advised in advance.
