Thus Rosalie works holistically to support her clients and students with therapies and healing practices that seek to balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of each person.

(1) Ka Huna Massage - Temple Style Lomi-Lomi
(Lomi-lomi means massage/bodywork/energy healing). Regarded by many as the “Rolls Royce” of Massage, KA HUNA is simply "THE BEST"!  Traditional Hawaiian spiritual healers (Kahuna) have practised this powerful, yet exquisite “Temple” style of lomi-lomi for centuries, as they see that the physical body is the "Temple of the Soul".

Rosalie invites you to experience the joys and benefits of this unique form of bodywork. Primarily massaging with her forearms, Rosalie uses a combination of dance-like movements, rhythm, breath, energy and long flowing massage strokes to lull the client into a deep state of relaxation, as she seeks to bring balance and harmony to the client's body-mind, in its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

(2) Heartworks Lomi-Lomi
Heartworks Lomi-Lomi is a synthesis of ancient and modern methods. Like Ka Huna Massage, Heartworks Lomi-lomi uses breathing, rhythm and energy-flow to effectively release tension and blockages in the body, mind and soul.

Heartworks Lomi-Lomi is excellent for working the lymphatic and muscular systems and for opening up the heart-space energy. This beautiful holistic massage is deeply relaxing and healing. Clients say they feel as though the waves of the ocean are washing over them, releasing stress, tension and pain.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is an ultra-gentle style of remedial massage, which works holistically with the body's physical structure (bones, joints, etc), its soft tissues (membranes & connective tissues) and energy patterns (internal fluidic body movements, etc).

Many conditions may be helped with CST, be they physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual. The touch is light, gentle and comforting, and the subtle movements of Rosalie’s hands seek to encourage and facilitate healing on many different levels of Being.

Rosalie has trained in a number of different streams of Craniosacral Therapy (eg Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Milne Institute Visionary CST, Biodynamic Cranial Touch, Body Harmony, etc). She also has extensive experiece in traditions which work with energy eg Hawaiian Massage, the Chinese self-healing practices of Tai Chi & Qigong, Meditation and Contemplation (from various spiritual traditions), etc.

Relax, re-energise and rebalance the whole body with a beautiful foot massage, utilising various different styles of reflexology (eg Japanese, Taiwanese, Hawaiian, etc) for maximum results. Rosalie's treatment is both relaxing & therapeutic, and can be combined with CranioSacral Therapy for added balance.

This massage combines massage and energy-healing techniques on the upper-back, neck, arms, scalp and face, as these areas are most vulnerable to stress and tension.

This massage is ideal for use in the home, office, workplace, clinical settings, etc, as it is done on an ordinary chair. With no need for undressing, the benefits of this seated massage may include the relief of stress and tension in aching shoulders, stiff necks, headaches, eyestrain, tinnitus, sinusitis, congestion, jaw ache, insomnia, hair loss etc. It leaves clients feeling calm and relaxed, with a sense of peace and well-being through their whole being.

QIGONG BACK MASSAGE (on a "Massage Chair")
This clothed, oil-free massage works the whole of the back-of-the-body, as well as shoulders, arms, neck and scalp. The specially designed massage-chair is lightweight and is ideal for use in the workplace, leisure venues, home with family and friends, etc. This massage leaves everyone feeling supple, refreshed & rejuvenated, in next to no time.

The use of therapeutic grade essential oils to treat body, mind & spirit is rooted in many ancient healing traditions.

Reiki is an ancient healing practice. It is usually felt as warmth, heat, extreme cold, or as a tingling sensation. It is completely safe and is of benefit for a range of conditions. Reiki is available as a treatment in its own right, but it may also be felt in all treatments offered by Rosalie, through the touch of her hands.

This massage stretches and works the whole body, without the need for undressing. It is deeply relaxing and therapeutic.

Rosalie offers various styles of corporate massage including Qigong Head Massage (Head/scalp, Face, Neck, Shoulders, chakras), and/or Qigong Back Massage (Back/spine, Shoulders, Neck, Arms), Oriental Reflexology/Foot Massage, etc.

These Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies are excellent for treating muscle and joint pain, lung and gastrointestinal disorders, & many other conditions. It can be combined with massage.
