ABOUT CHERYL
I returned to Sydney late 2003 from the Southern Highlands where I ran a successful clinic. Whilst living in the Highlands, I worked as a massage therapist at Solar Springs Health Retreat Bundanoon and Craigieburn Retreat and Conference Centre Bowral. I also worked with the aged providing pain relief for arthritic patients by focusing on improving muscular mobility.
Now that I am living back in Sydney, I have clinic rooms at Fivedock, Earlwood and Riverwood. I also do out calls and provide a corporate massage service.
I approach massage in a holistic way. I use a variety of techniques to release muscle tension and fascia, improve circulation and lymph flow that in turn optimises the massage. As well, I like to focus the client on their body posture, as I believe that developing greater posture awareness is the key to improving overall health. I also provide easy stretches to achieve that end.
