Your Invitation to the Practice of Mindfulness...
With the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program you are invited to learn how to transform your relationship to the way you think, feel, love, work, and play.
Mindfulness is a non-judgmental approach to paying attention to the present moment. By practicing mindfulness you can change the way you think about your experiences and therefore cope more effectively with everyday stress, including anxiety, chronic pain or mild depression.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaches us how to bring mindfulness (awareness) into each day so as to better cope with the inevitable ups and downs of life.
