What Is Pilates?


Pilates is an exercise programme that focuses on improving the client's individual physical needs, such as posture, flexibility or core strength. Rather than just generalising and giving the client a generic workout, pilates aims to strengthen an tone your body, without the use of heavy weight so equipment.



What Do Our Instructors Do?


Our professional Pilates Instructors specialise in movement analysis, with the exercises they provide being designed to create balance, strength, flexibility and coordination for each individual client.

Incorrect movement patterns and muscle imbalances will lead to injuries and postural problems, so as a result each Pilates program is designed and personally tailored to suit the individual client's needs. This way you can be sure that you get the most benefits out of our pilates class - each & every time.

Getting Started


Every new client that attends one of our studios is requested to undergo a private Initial Assessment. During this consultation, the Instructor assesses your requirements including your posture, any health and fitness related issues, the current level of experience you have in the Pilates Method, plus any goals that you may have with regards to this.

This one-on-one class is a great opportunity to ask as many questions as you like and to ensure that both your instructor and yourself have the same reasons for your attending Pilates classes at Pilates of Armadale.

NOTE: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the Initial Assessment appointment with your Pilates Instructor.
