BIA is utilised to assess the rate at which the cells in the body are ageing and it also provides information on the current body composition of an individual and whether or not it is ideal. The report generated also determined the age along with the health of the cells inside our body, the presence of inflammation in the body and furthermore assesses whether the fat distribution in an individual is within the correct range.
