The first session runs around 1.5 to 2hrs (first half hour of first session free of charge) and gives us the opportunity to find out what it is you want to work on and take some background details. We then arrange ongoing sessions, as needed, running from 1 to 1.5hrs and designed to help you get the best from your time with us.
We also offer introductory public and private group sessions about the work we do and core principles, tools, techniques and therapies used and can adapt content to suit. Please call us to discuss this.
Improved self-awareness comes from understanding that we all run a set of unconscious ‘programs’ and strategies to get us through life and create our individual reality and perception. These are established early in life and are a combination of beliefs, values, decisions, emotions, self-talk, internal images, language, culture, socialisation, history and more. We use various tools and techniques to assist with your understanding and release anything that may be holding you back and may allocate tasks between sessions to keep you on track.
