Yoga Classes

The large majority of our regular yoga classes are 75 minutes long to allow for multiple time for relaxation and centring at the beginning and the end of each class.

Beginners Flow Yoga

Beginners Flow Yoga classes concentrate on the right alignment in the postures, the transitions between different postures, and introduce our new students to the teachings and the concepts of yoga and the wide reaching benefits of a consistent yoga class.

Candlelit Slow Flow Yoga

Allow yourself to get out of the routine of your normal week and slip into yourself. You will be guided by evocative, soft words and music through a slow flow, tune into the subtle sensations in your body that can go unnoticed when life starts moving fast. With only soft lighting being uses, you will naturally enter into an inward journey with deeper connection to your body, mind and spirit, and end with nourishing relaxation.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow is suitable for all levels and ages, particularly those who are recovering from injury or illness, or a looking for a more therapeutic and gentle form of yoga practice.

Power Vinyasa

A dynamic,  strong class that is suitable for intermediate students or those who are looking for a slightly more challenging form of yoga to develop stamina and strength along with flexibility.

Mat Pilates

With a strong focus on core engagement, Pilates is a series of exercises that are inspired by yoga, callisthenics and ballet that all stretch and lengthen the major muscle groups improving strength, flexibility, body awareness and balance.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga classes are more introspective and thus slower, with longer pauses and holds worked into the poses and targeting the connective tissues; ligaments, tendons, fascia and bones, which are not always exercises in a more active style of yoga practice. Ying Yoga is a perfect complement to a more dynamic (yang) form of yoga practice.

Other Yoga Classes include:

  • Relax and restore

  • Rise and shine

  • VinYin

  • Yoga for Back Pain
