A love for the Eurobodalla Region and passion for food, nutrition and helping others live healthier and happy lives has brought University qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Molly Mylott back home to the NSW South Coast to create MMM Nutrition and Dietetic Services.

MMM Nutrition and Dietetic Services offers personalised, flexible and affordable dietetic advice specifically for the individual to help achieve their health goals and gain the knowledge to sort out nutrition fact from fiction.

Meet Molly

I am a dietitian with a wealth of knowledge and experience in promoting nutrition and health throughout the different stages of life. I maintain a simple and holistic approach to food and nutrition and understand that everyone is unique and has differing nutritional needs.

I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Sunshine Coast and am a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. I was first introduced to the world of dietetics when a family member was undergoing cancer treatment, I found the role of nutrition in the treatment of countless illnesses amazing. I am now proud to be able to help others treat their health concerns, but more importantly help people live healthier lives, as I believe prevention is the best cure.

Since I can remember I have loved good food, experimenting in the kitchen and sharing a home cooked meal with family and friends. In my spare time you can find me walking the dogs, at the beach or in the gym. I keep up to date with the latest scientific research and mass media hype over nutrition fads to help others steer though the at times confusing messages.
