Hello Hello! Thought the Compose Community is physically located in Broome WA, there are several things on offer online and we can also travel for workshops, talks, courses and of course with the bands.
On offer weekly most of the year around in Broome is group sound healings at the Buddha Sanctuary.
Sound is a very deeply relaxing type of therapy as the frequency wash through your whole body and clear and align the energy. I use a variety of instruments such as gone, tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, elfen Chimes, shamanic drum, wave drum, rain stick, shakers, voice, Koshi bells and more.
Our Soulwater water singers choir also meet regularly at the Buddha Sanctuary. In 2024 we will be resuming this choir and I will also be implementing an Indigenous womens choir in Broome.
Other Music circles I have and can run are Ukulele circles, DRUMBEAT and 'Roarchestra's (multiple instrumentation jam group). I can tailor Music related workshops for camps, team trainings, retreats, anything really! One of my big passions is the VOICE. We all need to empwer our voices more. Our voice and our feelings associated with using it are connected to much needed healing, past suppression & trauma, our confidence and expression. I have lots of activities to create workshops involving the Voice!
Being a life coach I do 1:1 sessions in package format, please reach out if you'd like to see my packages and rates. I can also tailor mindset talks/workshops for teams and trainings.
We have 2 popular cover bands available for weddings, parties, anything as well as my original music project 'Stellar Moon' who's album 'Phases' is released on March 7th. It was recorded in our beautiful studio 'Red Earth Sound'' where my partner Mick Stephens is at the helm as Audio Engineer. Let me know if you'd like to know more about Red Earth.
