Muscle Medicine was founded in 2002 to promote the elements of living a good life, a healthy life and a pain-free life, the best life you can live.  At our core is our massage and soft tissue therapy work which has been developed over years of engaging with athletes, performers and everyday people.

We offer a holistic approach to the functional treatment of soft tissue injuries with a range of massage treatments including; Remedial,  Sports, Recovery & Lymph Massage as well as sports taping for injury prevention.  

We believe in keeping our bodies active and ensuring they perform for us throughout our lives.  This is why we opened our Double Bay Massage & Movement Studio where we can collaborate with Trainers to deliver an integrated health plan to ensure you achieve the best results you can.
