Intrinsic Mind Holistic Health & Wellness - Yoga

Yoga

Unheated Yoga

Hatha yoga is the root of the physical practice of yoga and of all modern styles. Hatha yoga is not necessarily an exercise but is rather the practice of asanas or physical postures, which drive physical energy. With Hatha yoga, you will improve the way you feel, think, and experience life by learning to be more present in each unfolding moment.

Strong Vinyasa (Advanced asana that demands deep attention to strength and breath)

Vinyasa Yoga is a gentle subset of hatha yoga that is unique for its fluid transitions and movement through a range of carefully orchestrated poses.  This style of yoga focuses on aligning the body and the mind and helps to develop a stronger body-mind connection and develop greater flexibility and strength.

Gentle Vinyasa (Simplified vinyasa where the body will move slowly and fluently with breath)

Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates class is for those that enjoy it hot and like to keep very fit and active. A challenging, low impact, full body, high intensity, fat burning workout is conducted on a yoga towel and mat in a room that is heated to around 35 degrees. This class will strengthen your whole body safely and keep your heart rate up whilst helping you to burn fat and to boost your metabolism.

Pilates Infused Heated Vinyasa Yoga

Pilates is made up of around 500 different exercises that use inspiration from yoga, callisthenics, and ballet. Practising Pilates will lengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body in a well-balanced manner. It improves strength, flexibility, body awareness, and balance.

Yogi’s Choice

A chance for students to give some direction to teachers on what they would like to concentrate on in this class. For example, if you would like to work on a certain area, you can let your instructor know and they will tailor the class to focus on this area.

Yang/Yin Yoga
