Pilates
Reformer Pilates Class

Reformer Pilates is based on the principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre, and Flow. These are low-impact exercises that improve your strength and stamina using a piece of equipment called a reformer.

It’s great for injury and rehabilitation since it focuses on core strength and alignment, which we need since we spend a lot of time sitting at our desks. It is absolutely perfect for all fitness levels, especially for those just starting out on their fitness journey.

Classes can be tailored to a person’s fitness level with exercises including progressions and regressions, and springs for weights adapted to your strength and fitness level.

Reformer F.I.T. (Fitness, Interval, Training) Class

The class combines weights, rings, bands, boxes, and the reformer to keep your body working at a high intensity.

With Reformer F.I.T., you have to work for high intervals of 60 seconds for 2 minutes and rest for 10 seconds. You will get a great cardio workout and a challenge in this class.

Mat Pilates Class

In this class, clients will focus on alignment, core connection, balance and strength by taking part in the same exercises to achieve all the above.

It targets every major muscle group, including, but not limited to, your abs, back, glutes, legs, shoulders, and arms. With some stretching thrown in, you’ll feel like you had a complete workout.

After class, you should feel energised yet relaxed from the hard work you've done and be able to enjoy the rest of your day.

Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates Class

A tailored mat class for postnatal mums who want to bring their babies along in a relaxed environment. A great place for new mums to socialise and encourage each other to take care of themselves.

Mums can bring their babies after they have completed their six-week check-up. Infants may attend until age twelve months.
