Sports Massage

Sports Massage utilizes a variety of techniques such as classical massage techniques, trigger point therapy, compression and assisted body stretches to loosen muscles, enhance performance and endurance prior to an event, or post event/training to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state.


Swedish Relaxation

Through gliding strokes of flowing pressure, we place the mind & body in a state of deep relaxation. Using a swedish technique, this massage aids bodily circulation, muscle tension, stress related symptoms and natural restoration and rejuvenation to the epidermis.
