'My Yoga Journey' is based in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Parkdale.

Our teachers are passionate about sharing Yoga within the community teaching with breath, mindful movement and internal awareness.

We like to keep class sizes small, to allow the freedom for students to develop and nurture their own personal practice.

Your time on the mat, is a sacred and special place to nurture and explore your body and mind.

We encourage all students to develop at a pace that feels right for them.

Our programs include Gentle Hatha, Yin/ Restorative, Pre Natal, Mums & Bubs Yoga.

We teach in many local studio's surrounding Parkdale, Mentone, Cheltenham and Mordialloc

Class Styles

Gentle Hatha

A gentle approach, with slightly longer holds and emphasis on body awareness, breath and mindfulness

Pre Natal

Tailored specifically to all mothers to be in a nurturing and welcoming environment, with focus on meditation/relaxation and birth preparation. *Post Natal Mums (up to 12 months) welcome too.

Yin

Explore the opportunity to connect deeper within your body, with slower transitions, holds and increased body awareness

Mums & Bubs

As you transition into motherhood, a way to connect deeper with your baby and share a beautiful bonding experience. Bubs up until crawling are welcome (& older siblings too)
