Therapeutic - Bioenergetic Bodywork - Remedial Chinese (Tui Na) - Medical Intuitive

A unique and personalised treatment dedicated to restoring inner equilibrium and holistic wellness; techniques of An Mo Tui Na (Remedial Chinese Massage Therapy) combined with a high degree of specialised intuitive and empathic awareness
, work to restore and maintain your body’s natural and harmonious flowing bioenergy circuit.

Left alone our bodies would function beautifully! Unfortunately, much of our pre-encoded software and the regular ongoing programs we run are the underlying source of dis-content and dis-ease within the body. Instead of utilising our body’s own bioenergy we begin to store excess amounts, which in turn create deficiencies elsewhere. Left unchecked this energetic disharmony can throw our entire system into chaos!

Bioenergetic Bodywork is a firm yet gentle corrective treatment for Spinal, Pelvic and Sacral Alignment. Spinal Integrity is crucial to the health of our Nervous, Endocrine and Energetic systems. Spinal Alignment allows miasm (emotional wound/stagnant energy) to move from cellular memory toward the heart for awareness and compassionate release.

This specialised treatment is highly recommended for clearing old unconscious or conscious emotional history, genetic/ancestral programming and/or stubborn emotional holding patterns such as grief, depression, guilt or shame.

On the Bodywork Table.

Initially a full structural examination takes place with a check for imbalances in the feet and stress in the knees, hips, and spine to help identify and then correct any imbalances.

After postural analysis, the left and right sides are balanced and harmonised using Tui Na Techniques, Breathwork, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Manipulation, Tendon Release and if time permits, the energetic benefits of external Medical Qigong.

Point Location works to release excess energy via acupoints and meridians through breathwork and gentle stretching techniques, in turn regulating Qi and blood flow and removing local stagnation or pain.

Subtle structural adjustments and/or corrective exercises may be required to rectify any structural imbalances and prevent spinal decay.

Remedial Chinese Massage Therapy

An Mo Tui Na is a form of manipulative therapy, originating in China over 2000 years ago. In China, Tui Na practitioners treat conditions that, in the West, are treated by osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists or with drugs. It is the only form of massage that has a medical application and is used extensively in Chinese hospitals and clinics. It has become China's frontline of healthcare, whereas in the West many problems tend to get treated only at a chronic stage.

A Tui Na practitioner utilises his or her knowledge of the meridian systems in conjunction with various manual techniques and oriental therapies, to support a balanced and harmonious flow of Qi throughout the body. Each acupressure pattern activates a specific function of the meridian channels and their corresponding muscle groups and internal organs. Like the ripple effect of a pebble thrown in the water, the effect of Tui Na manipulations “ripple” to different layers of body tissues, working on the musculoskeletal, circulatory and nervous system.

Tui Na works on healing the body at a deeper level than conscious thought. Many of our problems are stored on an unconscious level causing problems in our day-to-day life. Tui Na works to connect us with life-force energy and renew our connection to our own power, allowing us to release old patterns that may have slowed us down. Releasing unconscious genetic or ancestral programming has a profoundly deep and lasting effect on one's own life direction and purpose. Living life on purpose!

Tui Na is frequently used in conjunction with Pranayama, Guasha, Cupping, Moxibustion & Medical Qigong to resolve blockages, stagnations or disharmonious patterns of life-force energy which have been the cause of disease, thus restoring your original state of well-being. Smooth Flowing Qi = Good Health.

Today it has become very advanced in its treatment for many diseases therefore Tui Na can and should also be used as a preventative form of treatment to maintain health and prevent accumulation of stress, disease and injury.
