What is Reiki?
Reiki (Rei - meaning "universal" and Ki - meaning "energy") is a life-force energy that is channelled through the Reiki practitioner and is passed onto the patient.

It is a modality that brings the individual into a state of balance in an emotional, physical and spiritual sense. Harmonising, restoring and rejuvenating. Allowing things that no longer serve you ti leave your body.
Reiki Treatments
A treatment involves the practitioner placing their hands on or above the body. It is an extremely safe, gentle and non-invasive approach to healing. You are advised to dress comfortably with minimal jewellery. You will be also required to remove your shoes.
