Massage Treatments


Each Massage Includes complimentary use of herbal therapeutic creams, sports rubs and aromatherapy oils where appropriate.

Therapeutic/Remedial Massage - 60 minutes

Therapeutic Massage is very effective in dealing with muscular problems, loss of muscle tone and adhesions and removing physical tension in the muscles. Incorporating advanced massage techniques, it helps to speed up circulation and eliminates toxins, which can cause pain and stiffness.

Sports Massage - 60 minutes

A therapeutic sports massage that includes compression and deep tissue techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labour or sports-related injuries. Promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension and alleviates fatigue.

Myofascial Release/Relaxation- 60 minutes

Myofascial release is a massage process involving gentle stretching processes used to engage and stretch the fascia, release muscle tension and make. The combination of myofascial and relaxation massage relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels and improves muscle tone.

Massage Health Care Programme

Massage therapy helps normalise posture and body functions. Massage improves the range of motion in your limbs and relieves joint and muscle tension. It can help recovery from soft tissue injuries such as sprains and strains. Tissue growth and repair is accelerated by efficient circulation and appropriate stimulation. Massage has effects on your brain: it releases natural painkillers and endorphins into your body, especially the neurotransmitter serotonin, which improves sleep patterns.

A combination of techniques, performed by an experienced massage therapist, will provide pain relief and help your recovery. Several types of massage that have been shown to provide pain relief including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Techniques.
