Female Fertility

The shamanic view is that fertility is a component of our natural healthy state. Infertility is caused by some imbalance. Falling pregnant requires balance and harmony. When the imbalance is addressed then symptoms like infertility tend to disappear as we return back to our natural healthy state of being.

Male Fertility

Male Infertility refers to the inability of a male to achieve a pregnancy in a fertile female. In humans this typically relates to about 40-50% of infertility cases. Male infertility is commonly a result of deficiencies in the semen.

Male Fertility can be impeded on by certain lifestyle factors such as alcohol, drugs, medication, smoking, obesity, and strenuous bicycle riding or horseback riding.
