What To Expect During a Session?
A comprehensive health screening is included in your consultation. Once we have identified your concerns we will work with you to formulate a treatment plan, which may include lifestyle and dietary changes, pathology and diagnostic testing and stress management strategies.
Herbal preparations and nutritional supplements may be prescribed to help restore the body's natural balancing system. We also provide the necessary education tools and coaching to support your lifestyle changes.

We are conveniently located on Level 2 at Hilton on the Park, East Melbourne. When you arrive, take the main hotel elevator up to level 2 and make your way into the reception area at eforea: spa.
