Clarissa has been successfully running an active and amazing meditation practice for more than 10 years and additionally runs her own successful training company.
She is an active writer on health and mindfulness and frequently makes an appearance in magazines, newspapers and on radio shows.
Situated in Sydney, she runs workshops and talks at gatherings and now utilises online courses/webinars to teach mindfulness and related subjects like restful sleep too.
She cherishes being able to coach people and to assist them to discover practical ways of incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives, leading to improved wellbeing and health. And, with her strong grounding background in science, Clarissa loves that mindfulness has been proven to work scientifically.
My continued exploration into mindfulness has taught me the power of the mind in dealing with the issues caused by today’s lifestyle of sitting too much, working too much and never ‘switching off’.
