A session looks like:
- We join a video call
- You share what you want to heal

- We continue tracking the stress till we get to the root
- I'll become like a mirror, reflecting back to you what the stressed energy looks like as it comes up and releases

- It's a collaborative and intuitive process, using the testing to get detailed accuracy
