Suzanne is a Myotherapist and Remedial Masseur with 24 years experience. She incorporates work with Trigger Points, Myofascial Release, Low Level LaserTherapy and Lymphatic Drainage into her treatments for maximum therapeutic results.Suzanne has trained with the Postural Restoration Institute and has a special interest in working to correct postural asymmetries. Relaxation and Sports Massage are also offered. Suzanne also practices Bowen Therapy and is a registered member of MMA.

Suzanne is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist with 22 years experience.
She is passionate about helping her clients to become free of pain. Suzanne will locate and treat the source of pain, often referred from structures distant to the site of pain. Advice to help prevent recurrence, stretching, strengthening exercises and postural improvement will be offered. She will always work within the pain tolerance of the client. Treatments are more effective when pain is kept to a minimum.
About the Therapies
Suzanne incorporates the principles of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) in her practice. Alongside remedial massage techniques, assessment of postural asymmetries and corrective PRI exercises will be prescibed.

Emphasis is on treating the soft tissue causes of pain within the body and preventing recurrence of pain. Incorporates many different techniques:

Emphasis on treating sports related injuries, maximising performance pre-event and aiding recovery post-event
This is a very gentle form of massage which targets lymph vessels and lymph nodes and works to stimulate flow through the Lymphatic System. This will improve detoxification of the tissues, reduction in inflammation, improved muscle relaxation, removal of excess fluid or swelling, improved immune function and general wellbeing
This treatment uses cross fibre movements on specific points on the body that correspond to accupressure points, trigger points and proprioceptors in muscles and stimulates change in soft tissues allowing the body to return to a state of balance
