When I first visited Nicky, I was suffering with severe sleep deprivation and adrenal fatigue and I was having several night time anxiety attacks, leaving me in a constant state of exhaustion and feeling very unwell.

I found Nicky to be very compassionate and supportive and she always went the extra mile to help get me back on the road to recovery. I knew it was going to take a while to start feeling better again. After all, it took a while for me to get to such a state, but the help and encouragement that Nicky has offered me, through her knowledge, and advice has made such a wonderful difference in my health and life.

I have been seeing Nicky for six months now and through her help, I am now sleeping much better, and there is no more anxiety, and I'm not so exhausted and fatigued. In fact, I've been able to slowly get back to all that I was able to do before I met Nicky, and even more than I used to be able to do.

I began seeing Nicky in October of 2016. By this stage, my husband and I had been trying for almost 3 years to fall pregnant and had tried many avenues including visiting a fertility clinic to get checked out. My results showed my hormones were completely imbalanced and my stress hormone unusually high.

Nicky was very knowledgable and I immediately felt comfortable and secure in her care. We put together a plan of action to lower my stress hormone, balance my hormones and then work on hopefully falling pregnant. Nicky prescribed me a range of herbs and vitamins to balance my hormones, while lowering my stress hormone cortisol and during this period she regularly contacted me to see how I was feeling and progressing.

After 3 months when Nicky felt i had progressed nicely, she tweaked my herbs and vitamins with the aim to increase my fertility. She recommended regular exercise and wished me luck. Within 4 weeks of the new herbs and vitamins and the regular exercise my husband and I conceived and fell pregnant, we could not believe it.

At this stage our journey had taken exactly 3 years and with Nicky's help and guidance we had finally got what we wanted for so long! In 2009 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I struggled with this disorder for more than a year before reaching out to Nicky. Nicky was able to work with me, encouraging me to address the underlying issues associated with fibromyalgia in order to address the actual problem and not just treat the symptoms.
