Meet Nicole


Hello! I’m Nicole. I’m a Clinical Nutritionist based in Brisbane, Australia. I am also a wife, fur-mum to Billy the Westie, avocado obsessed, lover of coffee, chocolate, wine and the beach, and a self-confessed neat freak.

My philosophy


I believe that nourishing food is the foundation for a healthy, vibrant and positive life. ‘Nourish’ literally means to supply what is necessary for life, health and growth. When we choose to feed our body nourishing, real food, we give ourselves the best opportunity for a healthy and happy life.

I believe that food that is good for you can taste as good as, if not better than, food that isn’t. And it doesn’t have to take hours to prepare; healthy, nourishing food can can be as simple as a few ingredients. In fact, simpler food often tastes better.

Every time you eat is an opportunity to nourish your body.

I also believe that health is not only about the food that we eat; it’s the way we move, the thoughts we choose to think, and our relationships with others. To truly nourish our body, we also need to nourish our minds and our souls.

My approach


My approach to health is holistic, yet practical. ‘Holistic’ means that I consider you as a whole person and recognise your uniqueness. I find out as much as I can about you, so that I can best support your life and your health journey – there’s no one size fits all.

I am also practical in my approach. I get that life is busy and that eating ‘right’ isn’t always easy. My goal is to provide you with personalised yet flexible strategies that fit your lifestyle, your needs and your health goals. It's about what is best for you and your family, to help you reach your optimal state of health, in an achievable way.

During a one-on-one consultation with me, I examine your overall wellbeing, as well as your health history, and any specific concerns you have (such as digestive, hormonal, skin, sleep, stress, headaches or low energy), to get a good understanding about you, your body and what’s going on. Then I may request relevant pathology or other tests to help determine underlying causes.

After building a complete picture of your health, we will work together to develop a personalised treatment plan. Your personalised plan may include dietary advice, meal plans, nutrient recommendations, lifestyle changes, practitioner-only supplements (if required) and any necessary referrals.
