About the Nourish with Zest Clinic

Melissa Boucher is the Principal Nutritionist and founder of Nourish with Zest Nutrition and Well Being Clinic.

She established Nourish with Zest in order to Empower, Inspire and Motivate people (particularly women) to put their health and wellbeing first.

As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, (Adv. Dip. Nutritional Medicine), with a Bachelor of Social Science (UNSW) and a Masters in Communication Management (UTS), mother of 3 children, and endurance athlete, she has a wealth of experience in nutrition, exercise and healthy living advice.

She works with clients to create a lifestyle and nutrition plan that is easy to follow and doesn’t involve eliminating food groups or deprivation. She works together with you to create achievable goals, which are reached through support, motivation and the most up to date nutrition information.

Melissa has been actively involved in endurance sporting events for nearly 20 years and still regularly competes in 1/2 marathons, endurance triathlons, endurance trail running and multi-sport events. Her ever expanding knowledge (based on scientific peer reviewed research) and experience in training and nutrition has seen her still performing at her best and achieving success for herself and her clients.

Melissa is still actively competing in local and interstate endurance Triathlons, 1/2 marathons, trail running and Adventure Racing. She knows the effort and determination required to balance work, family and training and understands the science behind making nutrition help you perform at your best again and again! She also has 3 Primary school children actively involved in sporting pursuits, so she is she is well aware of the issues surrounding children and sports nutrition.
