Pauline is a compassionate and skillful body and soul teaching practitioner with a wealth of experience in energy healing, massage (including Remedial) and meditation.   This powerful tool kit helps her support and empower her clients as they strive to improve their health and achieve their life goals through one on one healing treatments and workshops.

As a qualified Remedial massage therapist, Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher, Pauline believes that our bodies reflect what is occuring in our outer world and our emotions.  As such her approach to healing is to understand what is occuring for a client both physically and emotionally.  Then, together with her client, determine the best approach to allieviate their symptoms and to create harmony inside and out.   

With this approach Pauline attracts a variety of clients, including those who are experiencing:

•  stress, anxiety and the associated symptoms
•  physical pain and discomfort such as headaches, lower back pain, muscular pain or injury
• a feelinng of being lost or stuck in an area of their life eg: relationships, career
• great change and transition
• bloating, fluid retention or need to strengthen their immune system.
