Personal Training
Personal Training is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe, time efficient way. With a tailored fitness plan and our motivation you are more likely to reach your health and fitness goals and stick with them.

Strength training is any exercise that involves moving resistance, such as lifting weights. Strength training is performed using free weights (barbells, dumbbells, and cables), machine equipment (such as leg press or chest press) or with body weight ( such as push ups and dips).

Although exercising with weights has only become popular over the past 50 yrs, strength training has been used for thousands of years as a means of improving physical performance and changing the shape of one’s physique.

If you want help to achieve your ideal body and feel more energised than ever you need to take our One Body One Life - 8 Week Challenge!

The One Body One Life - 8 Week Challenge will provide you with tailored fitness weekly workout plans, motivation and nutritional guidance from nutrition complete to ensure that you can reach your goals.

Group Classes
Join up for our group package and you can come to any 3 group classes or bootcamp per week for only $25.

Bootcamp
All of our outdoor fitness classes are run by instructors with a history of group sport and exercise and all have recognised fitness training qualifications. They will help motivate and encourage you back into fitness!

Classes are grouped by your ability and are for all members of the public. They are designed for ALL abilities, from those just starting to exercise who want to lose weight, to the already very fit.

Boxing
All of our boxing instructors are fully trained to give you the best workout. Our workouts combine boxing and athletic training drills. No need to bring anything except yourself and a can do attitude.

Abs: Core Workout
The 30 minute class focuses on strengthening the abs & lower back. Creating a stonger core for you and your life.

Circuit Training
A 30 minute class where strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout

Pilates Matwork
A 1 hour class that delivers an awesome matwork workout using Pilates principles. Focusing on stabilisation, control and core strengthening.

Ok, you are already in pretty decent shape, but you've been there for years. If you are stuck in the same routine and want to break out of a rut, our personal trainers are the perfect solution. Our trainers will jump start, not only your motivation, but your routine as well.

7. Learn how to go it alone
If you ultimately want to learn all the facets of designing your own routines so you don't need to use a personal trainer, going for a few months may be all you need. Our personal trainers will teach you the basics of building and modifying a fitness program to achieve maximum results.

Our trainers watch your form, monitor your vitals and can provide objective feedback about your limits and strengths. Most of us tend to ignore some of the subtle signals our body provides. We either push through pain or give up too soon. Because our trainers watch what you are doing while you are doing it, they can help push you or slow you down as necessary.

We believe that your satisfaction should be guaranteed and work hard to ensure it is.

In July 2010 we opened our second studio in Tingalpa, conveniently located along Wynnum Road.
