Laura combines a variety of different energy modalities to energetically “De-Code” what is happening in the various levels (mental, physical, spiritual and emotional) of your animal behaviour and health and thereby creates a shift in energy and healing.

Those modalities include but are not limited to:

Reading Evolution Spiral frequencies that are related to the different parts of our conscious development and how they work together to bring function and balance. This system was founded and developed by Laura is taught as an aspect of our animal communication and healing workshops.

Matrix Therapies

Matrix Therapies focuses on the relationships between us all, which is integral for animal work as they are much less ‘separate’ from things (more connected and one) either to each other in herds and packs, to the environment or to us (their human guardians) and often are highlighting something within the whole that needs addressing.

Bodytalk

Bodytalk, an amazingly effective and simple holistic therapy that allows the body’s energy systems (human & animals alike) to be re-synchronised so they can function as nature intended them to.

The modalities that are used at One spirit are all non-invasive. This allows us to treat animals in a respectful and does not impinge on their boundaries.
