What happens in a session?

Both partners have the chance to speak and provide their side/view on what is their issue in the relationship/marriage. Each partner is listened to equally with understand and respect in a non-judgemental environment. Following the initial session that is conducted as a couple, each partner is seen individually, then again as a couple.

A happy and successful relationship/marriage is like having a mechanically sound car, if you receive a regular tune-up, you need to ensure that it runs smoothly for the many miles to come. If you neglect your car there will be issues and you can be left stranded and this is not dissimilar to your relationship/marriage. You get what you put into your relationship/marriage.
