Petra Pieren - Yoga


Yoga is part of an ancient system of self improvement which is timeless and universal in its application. The literal meaning of yoga is to "yoke" or bring into harmony the body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga emphasizes the development of strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, as well as concentration and meditation. The principal intend of yoga is to re-establish the mind to simplicity, peace, and poise, to free it from distress. This simplicity, this sense mind of order and calm, comes from the practice of asanas and pranayama. They integrate the body, the mind, the intelligence and the self in four stages.

MON DAY- 8:30-10am   87 Willis, Rd Bli Bli

TUESDAY- 9-10am    87 Willis Rd, Bli Bli 

WEDNESDAY- 6-7am   Marcoola SLSC, Esplanade Marcoola

THURSDAY- Evening Once per Month 2HR Special class, contact me for details

FRIDAY- 8:15-9:30am PCYC, Youth Ave, Nambour
