My Vision

I offer my services as a counsellor, healer and life coach in a compassionate and respectful way, knowing that whoever comes to me has the right to personal freedom and serenity. I provide a safe and sacred space for people journey home to their authentic self, a place of non-judgement, self-acceptance and understanding.

I assist people to become conscious of why they are here, understand the energy around them and design a future. I help create a strong secure platform for transformation, deeper understanding of relationships, and self-realisation to live a truly fulfilling life.

About Me - Petrina Hennessy

I am a Counselor, Life Coach and Healer living in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. I see clients in my professional rooms in Sydney and in special cases in their home.

I have a broad training including traditional counselling, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Psychodrama, Neuro Linguistic Programming as well as the world of Transpersonal including Shamanic Healing, Spiritual Counselling and Energetic Healing practices in the form of Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Color Healing and Numerology.

I have spent 20 years studying and experiencing human individuality which has taken me through interesting and challenging terrain both internally and externally.

My life journey has been humbling.. It has allowed me to walk in many shoes and gifted me with the ability to navigate through unseen worlds of darkness, confusion and pain with the highest intention to bring light, understanding and healing.
