Active therapy involves you in the treatment process. It means that you are able to learn ways to treat yourself as opposed to always having to rely on therapy from others and medication.

Exercises

You will be prescribed to help improve your mobility, strength, function and balance. It allows you some control over your own healing process.

Education and Communication

You will be offered ongoing education about your issue, how it has happened and how you can manage it.

Acupuncture

We provide Acupuncture as an additional form of treatment to make your recovery process better and speedier.
