Initial Private Consultation inc postural assessment @ $50.00

This session will give you information on the basic principles behind Pilates to allow you to perform the exercises safely and effectively. I will discuss your medical history and current level of fitness to design a program of exercises to benefit for your body. You will become more aware of your own body and feel how Pilates works form the inside out.

MAT CLASS (Includes fitball, rings, rollers, therabands etc)

Casual session @ $15.00 per person
5 sessions @ $65.00 per person
10 sessions @ $120.00 per person

MACHINE CLASS (Includes reformer, wunda chair, pilates sticks)

(Max 3 pax per class)
Casual sesson @ $30.00 per person

I can help you increase your flexibility and overcome back, neck and shoulder pain. Stretching is the key to setting yourself free from tension and pain.

One on One session available approx 1 hour for $70
