No need to be ‘Mr. Muscles’ or ‘Prima Ballerina’ to workout here, far from it! We provide tools for you to attain the unbridled joy of a real physical fitness.

If you would like to to have a body that looks good, feels good and doesn’t let you down, then Pilates can help achieve that. It’s a mind-body conditioning program that produces dramatic improvements in flexibility, strength, and energy while keeping you looking and feeling fantastic.

At Pilates on Challis we teach the exercises the way Joseph intended. We strive to help you gain the qualities of youth that can be sustained at any age. AND We don’t just want you to look good (although you will!) but to restore and improve your function so you can live young forever.

Services

We believe in teaching Pilates the authentic way. We follow the system of exercises as developed by Joseph Pilates himself–no additives! Our aim is to equip you with tools that you can benefit from in your daily activities–ensuring you’re getting the most out of everything you do.

To give you the best opportunity to achieve this, we offer the full repertoire of original exercises to utilize for your own distinct goals.

Our instructors are Certified by True Pilates New York and we exclusively use Gratz Equipment–the original manufacturer of and industry standard in Pilates apparatus.

The studio is intimate so enables us to guarantee the personal attention you deserve in order to get the desired result. Choose from a private one on one session or a group mat class of up to 10 people. We’re open 6 days a week from early until late making it easy to train when and how you want.

Private Tuition
Private classes are ideal for new clients, those who prefer personal attention or for those with an unusual schedule. Regardless of experience or age, these address your individual goals while challenging your current ability. Each session we track your progression and tailor a workout that is appropriate for your body on that day. Goals are set based on your previous session, so you can see your progress and more realistically make goals for the future.

Group Mat Classes
Group Mat classes are for reasonably healthy individuals and are conducted on the floor. We offer two styles of class based on the original Joseph Pilates Method. Energizing and fun–use your own body as resistance and enjoy the challenge! Classes are kept to a maximum of 10, to allow personal attention and ensure safety. Each class is 50 minutes. We offer courses or casual drop in classes.
