Our classes are suited to everybody from beginners through to the intermediate Yogi and offer a positive experience where you will journey into the deepest recesses of the body & mind to discover your fullest potential - physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.

HATHA YOGA - Suitable for everybody from beginners to the intermediate Yogi 
Through the union of breath & movement we aim to create a balance of mind, body & spirit

LIFE FLOW YOGA - Suited to the Yogi wanting to gain strength, flexibility & focus through the practice of flowing Vinyasa-style Hatha Yoga postures, breathing & techniques which are aimed at taking you on an inward journey where you can realize your fullest potential physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually

BENDY KIDS YOGA - Suitable for children ages 5 - 12 years
A class focused on fun yoga activities which aim to educate heart, mind & body

PAUSE, BREATHE & REPAIR PROGRAM - Suited to anybody wishing to learn the ancient Yogic practice of Meditation. Learn to raise your awareness by diving deep into the infinite depths of the mind where you will find an inner peace & contentment by which to live your life more fully​
