My name is Jade Tran, I have a Diploma in Remedial Therapy and Myotherapy and use various techniques working towards releasing the stress and tensions of the muscles through listening with the hands for fascia restrictions.
My aim is at restoring balance between muscles, nervous system and the supporting skeletal structure.
As a skilled therapist I will manipulate the soft tissue of your body so that it will:
- Improve circulation
- Reduce muscle soreness and tension
- Improve Breathing Function
- Relieve stress
- Release scar tissue
- Correct posture
- Increase flexibility
I use a combination of the following techniques to achieve normalisation of soft tissue balance.
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Myofascial Release
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Myofascial Cupping
- Reiki - Energy Healing
Whatever your profession, age, or activity level may be, Remedial Therapy and Myotherapy can enhance your quality of life by reducing the effects of mental, physical, and emotional stress on your body.
Sports Injury Therapy
Sports Massage increases flexibility and range of movement. This results in a faster healing process and has the unique benefit of breaking down scar tissue, which can otherwise lead to reduced tissue mobility. The treatment assists injury through early detection of muscle dysfunction. It also promotes faster recovery after training and competition at both physical and psychological levels.
As a Myotherapist I assess and physically treat soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement caused by muscles or myofascia dysfunction.(Myofascia are the thin, fibrous sheets of tissue that surround and separate muscles. Ligament and tendons are comprised of bundled of myofascia).
Remedial/Deep Tissue Massage
For people who need to remove tension from tight and deeply stressed muscles. This technique incorporates Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques to remove unwanted muscle tightness caused by stress or trauma.
