Fees and Rebates
Medicare Rebates
A doctor’s referral is not necessary to see a psychologist but Medicare rebates are available for clients referred by a GP or Psychiatrist who have valid mental health care plan.
For those who do not meet the above criteria, you are considered a private patient. You will need to pay for the appointment on the day and claim back from Medicare $124.50. An individual counselling appointment generally lasts for one hour and consultations are charged at $180 per hour.
Payment Methods
Payment is required at time of service. We accept cash, EFPOST and credit card payments.
For appointments to be covered by a third party such as WorkCover, insurance claims, or rehabilitation programs, referral details must be provided when booking the appointment.
