The birth of Repose Yoga (formerly known as Yoga In Mount Waverley) came from the idea of understanding that each individual is different, with unique constitutions, abilities and limitations. At Repose Yoga, we look after each student by having small sized classes. We integrate the ancient wisdom of Yoga in the most fun, accessible and modern way. The environment at Repose Yoga is non-competitive and community based with a lot of emphasis on laughter and support.
Focusing on two of Yoga’s most distinct styles – Hatha and Vinyasa – her teaching method emphasises correct technique and alignment that promotes the mastery of each pose. With over 20 years’ experience, Puneeta has taught a wide range of students, who, with regular class attendance, have benefited in their physical and mental wellbeing.
