In life, my journey has always been one of spiritual enlightenment. At times I have strayed from that path to dabble in other things, but I always seemed to be drawn back to spiritual enlightenment. Once accepting this to myself that this is my journey in life, my life has seemed to have blossomed and wonderful opportunities opened up for me!!

At a time in my life when I was questioning life, going through illness and wondering why I was so hard done by, I was introduced to an amazing healing method that I had never heard of called Relki. This was like the light that I was missing!! Reiki helped me to heal spiritually, emotionally and most of all physically!! This opened a new world for me and I was so moved by this healing technique that I just had to learn all about it and how to do it so that I could share this with other people and help them heal in the same way that I was healed! I wanted to shout it from the rooftops to let people know what they have been missing out on!! Anyone and everyone that I was in contact with would hear me go on and on about Relki and how amazing it is and that they should try it!!

So 3 years later I was a Relki Master. Sharing my knowledge and helping people heal through the power of Reiki. 9 years on from that initial session that introduced me to Reiki, I am still passionate about Relki and still want to shout it from the rooftops as something that EVERYONE should do!! Reiki is a gift that everyone should give themselves to achieve peace, wellbeing, happiness, contentment, abundance, love, joy, guidance, clarity, and the list goes on!

Reiki

Relki is one of the most ancient healing methods known to mankind. It originated in Tibet and was re-discovered in the 16th Century by a Japanese Monk known as Mikao Usui.

Reiki is divided into 2 syllables;
Rei — describes the universal energy.
Ki — describes the life force energy flowing within us.

Thus Relki is the Universal Life Energy. We all have life force within us that becomes depleted on a number of occasions due to our stressful environment. If our life force is extremely depleted we can become physically and emotionally ill. Relki is a natural and simple hands on healing method which allows you to absorb more life force to revitalize and energise the body. Reiki healing is very relaxing and promotes your body to heal itself. Relki aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life.

Prior to the Reiki session starting I conduct a short Oracle card reading which sets the intention for the healing session. This enhances the healing experience as it gets to the core of what really needs to be healed. Overall Reiki assists blockages within the Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Mental Levels, leaving you feel relaxed, revitalized, assists you in feeling clearer, calms the mind to help you be focused and a lot more benefits.
