Dr Sally utilizes a diverse range of chiropractic techniques tailored to suit her patient’s specific needs.
These range from diversified chiropractic manipulation to lower force techniques such as the activator (adjusting tool), blocks, drop-piece and soft tissue therapies.
She believes in reinforcing the importance of good posture, stretching and strengthening exercises. She may facilitate treatments with special taping methods called Kinesiotape, having completed an advanced training course in Kinesio Taping.
