ART THERAPY SESSIONS

Art Therapy is a modality that can be deep and subtle, creative and full of exploration, unique and challenging. During the sessions you will have the opportunity to use art as a way of expression. To be able to share parts of yourself that you feel need to be resolved, make meaning of, find ways to deal with and many other approaches to come to peace and balance within yourself, emotionally, mentally and even spiritually.

You can choose to either do 1:1 sessions or be in a workshop/group setting. The sessions are done face to face and at times if distance is an issue we can do them online. All art material is provide (except when done online) and you do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. WHO IS ART THERAPY FOR??

• ANYONE who feels they need assistance with bringing more balance within themselves
• MUMS who feel overtired, they aren't giving time to themselves and they have lost their purpose
• MEN who want to start feeling more comfortable expressing their emotions and thoughts
• People who feel challenged by MENTAL HEALTH issues
• CHILDREN who need support in being themselves or have gone through trauma

NOTE: 1:1 sessions go for 1 hour and cost $150 and the group sessions usually go for 3.5 hrs and are also $150pp.
