I was born in England then I moved to Australia in the 80s after having my three children. When I reached my 40s, the mental and physical aspects of my health were at their peak thanks to avoiding yoyo dieting and all of its ill effects.

Despite my busy schedule, I always find time to exercise and prepare healthy meals.

When I was 32, I was a regular gym goer who would constantly train hard and eat healthy according to my own concept of ‘healthy eating’ at that time. Back then, I was fond of competing in fitness and figure competitions as every experience made me see the effects of certain diet and exercise programs on my body.

By the time I was 41, I told myself that I want to remain at the peak of health and continue to do the things I did when I was in my 30s and 40s. So, I started to seek science-backed information, but Doc Google wasn’t capable of providing it. I decided to go back to university and get a bachelor’s degree in psychology and nutritional medicine.
