Reborn Fitness is a new concept of Personal Training and Group Fitness that is sure to not only exceed expectations but to set the benchmark with its innovative training style.

Becoming 'Reborn' will offer you the unique opportunity to transform yourself both physically and mentally while allowing personal growth in all areas of mind and body wellness.

We don't aim to just transform your body, we want to help you by coaching you to use easily sustainable tools to transform your entire lifestyle on a daily basis.

Through training programs, nutrition advice and all around positivity we know we can bring out your full potential, encouraging you to be Reborn!

TRAVIS YOUNG

Travis Young. CEO and head trainer of Reborn Fitness Club. Trav created reborn fitness club in July 2016 and has grown into an industry leader. Trav has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has owned previous businesses before creating REBORN.

Travis has a passion for fitness and inspiring others to use fitness to help with mental health. Trav also has publicly spoken about how fitness has helped him mentally and coming 2018 is personally creating a challenge just for mental health called THE LIMITLESS CHALLENGE.

Little things you may not know about Trav, Trav is one of 4 siblings, he is a real family man, he has two beautiful sons and he favourite food is pork ribs. His favourite training is sprint training and has a strong passion for oztag.

GREG DILLON

Greg has been a Personal Trainer for 11yrs and during that time has had a broad range of input into various areas of the industry. After owning his own business for two years he was excited to join Travis at Reborn fitness Club to start the new facility as the Operations Manager.

Greg's hand on training includes working with children in both after school care, coaching kids team sports and also kids camps. Working with mentally challenged kids and adults is also an ongoing focus of Greg's along with being involved in boot camps, outdoor and indoor PT sessions.

Greg has also trained rugby, netball and touch football teams and his Personal Training has seen him achieve some great results in a range of clients goal categories including an introduction to training, weight loss, lean muscle gain and sport specific training including rugby league, rugby union and touch football.

Greg has been involved in and constructed charity runs and has a passion for helping others with Reborn becoming a driving force towards more great fundraising opportunities and helping the community and others.

He believes that an ongoing active and healthy lifestyle should be the main focus in life and that everyone is capable of it once they find the right balance.

ANDREW LENNON

Drawing from my own personal experiences I can help you achieve your goals and then some.

In 2012 I realized (after living ...in denial) I was overweight and unfit and needed to do something about it. I hired a personal trainer (despite training at a gym for many years and thinking I knew it all) who taught me a lot about nutrition and training smarter. Over a period of a few months, I lost around 15kg and regained my fitness. I ran my first marathon a year later in just under 4 hours and then my first trail ultramarathon six months later.

I then started training smarter and in my second marathon, I took a massive 30 minutes of my previous time. Then in 2015, I added some structured training into the mix and my running started to exceed all expectations and in Mt Solitary Ultra Marathon I took about 45 minutes off my time!

I fully self-trained myself for my first 100KM ultra marathon at North Face 100 Australia in 2015 and was able to complete it in 13 hours and 21 minutes granting me the highly sort after fast finisher belt buckle.

In 2016 I came 48th overall and 24th in my age group which was a huge personal achievement.

Overall I know what it is like to start the journey to regain your health and fitness, not just your standard personal trainer I have undertaken one of the worlds most recognised movement courses completing ZUU Level 1 and 2 and furthering that with Ankorr Level 1 that will take your strength and conditioning sessions to the next level.

NATE JAY

Meet Nate Nate has over 10 years of training and exercise knowledge. He holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage therapy, Fitness and Sports Development.

Nate loves to train in a variety of different styles, which has even seen him travel to Thailand several times to train at different Muay Thai camps.

Nate is well diversified in many training styles including, strength, HIIT, Group and Calisthenics.

Nate takes a positive approach to each session and will try his hardest to not only get the best out of his clients but also educate them at the same time.

PAT CARR

Pat has been a PT for the last 8 years including running his own outdoor training business for the last 5 years.

Pat has qualifications in strength and conditioning, kettlebells, suspension trainers, battle ropes, pre and post natal training, and running.

Pat’s coaching philosophy - You can either have excuses or results. Not both.

Mentors and inspiration - Jonathon Goodman and Kurt Fearnley.

Something you may not know - Pat has a business degree in economics and worked for 2 years for a cigarette company!

ALEXANDRA BATES

Alex is most commonly referred to as Batesy and is Reborn's female fitness specialist. Her Pre and Postnatal qualification along with her 6 years of personal and group training experience, has given her the expert knowledge in exercise and the female body

She believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. Batesy incorporates functional training in her workouts, making sure that each workout helps clients improve physical performance.

She strives to make each workout a challenging learning experience, ensuring clients know how to properly perform exercises along with the ensuing benefits.


SERVICES


GROUP TRAINING

At Reborn Fitness Club we have such a wide variety of sessions to cater for all needs and fitness levels. We not only have these classes available but we specialise each area with at least one of our Trainers having an extensive background in the Training style.

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a simple but effective time-based training session that includes body weight, strength, cardio and core. This is the perfect session to go at your own pace or push yourself to your limits.

HIIT

H.I.I.T is high-intensity interval training which is fun, fast and full of all the goodies including cardio, strength and core

REFIT

Re-Fit is our most challenging session of the week and includes completing the exercises on the board in the fastest possible time.

Re-Fit normally consists of cardio with some bodyweight exercises but is always different so you never get bored.

BOXING

The Reborn Boxing Class is suited for beginners and advanced with all sessions being ran differently from technique to timed rounds and even including body weight exercises between sets and rounds.

STRENGTH

The Reborn weights sessions are fully structured weight training programs focused on one or two muscle groups per day and are perfect for building strength and putting on muscle.

This class gives you the same quality and results of personal training, only in a group environment and is catered for beginners through to advanced!

ZUU

ZUU is a body weight work out using primal movement patterns and is great for injury prevention as you work through all planes of motion.

Zuu is also great for mobility with the sessions being high in intensity with many different formats from Tabata to amrap style workouts that have great fat burning potential!

TABATA

TABATA is our fastest session of the week and includes short bursts of training with a short rest in-between. Usually consists of cardio, body weight and core exercises

ABT

ABT is a female only group session focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs!!

ABT usually consists of slow controlled movements which will target common problem areas for women which will leave you sore but loving these class’s!!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Be paired with one of Reborn's experienced personal trainers for one on one training to reach your goals faster. All Personal Training sessions can be booked directly or via the MindBody app.
