The Cranio Sacral System is a physiological system that exists in humans along with animals. It’s formation begins in the womb; it’s function continues until death. It is so named as it involves all the bones of the face, skull and mouth – this makes up the cranium, and it extends down the spinal cord to the lower area of the spine; the sacrum.

A cranio sacral practitioner gently moves with the bones of the cranium, the membranes and connective tissue bringing about the release of imbalances and tension.
