reEsteem through Art Therapy aims to address life’s challenges such as stress, lack of confidence, low self esteem, loss of direction and bullying, with the healing power of Art.
Through the use of art processes and counselling, reEsteem offers a friendly, safe and non-judgemental space for children, adolescents and adults alike to explore and express their every day concerns, emotions and feelings. Art Therapy therefore facilitates a growth in confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness, together with an understanding of how outside influences impact how we feel about ourselves.
We offer specialist services in Transpersonal Art Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology.
